ONTRAS successfully markets capacities on the Hungarian capacity booking platform RBP for the first time
In the yearly auction on 6 July 2020, capacity at the network point GCP GAZ-SYSTEM / ONTRAS amounted to 163,014 kWh/h was marketed for the gas year 2020/2021.
ONTRAS is marketing capacities in accordance with the ENTSOG auction calendar on two capacity booking platforms – PRISMA and RBP ('Regional Booking Platform) starting from 6 July 2020. That way, the transmission system operator is implementing the decision (DECISION No 10/2019) of ACER (European Union Agency for the cooperation of energy regulators) of 6 August 2019 on time. The decision stipulates that the primary and secondary marketing of capacities for the network point on the German-Polish border GCP GAZ-SYSTEM / ONTRAS shall take place on the Hungarian platform RBP starting from the 2020 yearly auction.
