Consultation: Interconnection agreement for the virtual interconnection point VIP THE-PL
Pursuant to Article 4(2) of Regulation (EU) 2015/703 of the Commission of 30 April 2015 establishing a Network Code on interoperability and data exchange ("NC INT"), ONTRAS would like to provide network users with the opportunity to comment on the wording of specific provisions contained in the following documents:
- Interconnection agreement between Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A., GASCADE Gastransport GmbH und ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH for the VIP THE-PL (“VIP”)

The provisions subject to consultation are contractual clauses relating to transportation processing procedures (including nominations and matching), allocation rules, and communication procedures in case of exceptional events (pursuant to Article 10 of NC INT) for the VIP.
