Ordering exit capacities internally

In the ONTRAS customer portal you have until 15 July of the current year to submit your internal order for transport operations within the Trading Hub Europe market area for the next calendar year, as defined in Sections 13 and 14 of the Cooperation Agreement.

Maintaining capacity

We will respond to your order within ten working days as stipulated in Section 11(4). If we accept the order, we will reserve the relevant capacity at the network interconnection point zones for this downstream network.

The internal ordering takes place online via the ONTRAS-Portal, which can be found under "Login" on the ONTRAS website. If the customer portal is not available or login is not possible, a written internal order can be submitted to ONTRAS in good time.

System responsibility and availability

As part of the internal order, ONTRAS will request information in line with Section 21 of the Cooperation Agreement, which is necessary to maintain the security of supply and system security. This includes information on the number of protected customers as well as the contact details for 24/7 availability. If relevant information changes during the year, these changes can be made in the customer portal or, alternatively, via the contact form.
