System maintenance on 22 & 23 April 2026

ONTRAS will perform a system maintenance on 22 April 2026 from 09:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. During this timeframe, impairments in the nomination may occur.

On 23 April IT maintenance will also be carried out between 09:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. During the period from 09:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., capacity bookings at ONTRAS network points will not be possible. Furthermore, impairments in the use of the ONTRAS customer portal may occur between 09:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
