As part of the internal order, ONTRAS requests information pursuant to § 21 of the Cooperation Agreement, which is required for maintaining the security of supply and system security.
This includes information on the share of protected customers and the existing shut-down potential in the network managed by the downstream network operators as well as contact data for 24/7 availability. This is required in order to ensure the immediate coordination and introduction of all necessary measures to maintain or restore system security if required.
If important information changes during the year, there is the option of uploading this information directly in the ONTRAS-Portal (authorised login "Internal Order and Quantity Declaration" → select 24/7 emergency contact data).
Alternatively, downstream network operators can communicate this information using the "24/7 Contact Data" form.
