ONTRAS publishes Conditions of Call for Tenders for the Sale of External Control Energy ONTRAS - VNG Gastransport GmbH published its call for tenders for the sale of external control energy in the „ONTRAS“ market area (five eastern Bundesländer and Berlin) for the period 2008-10-01 to 2009-04-01 on www.ontras.com. Being an entry network operator ONTRAS has to buy or to sell the amount of external control energy needed for operating and steering the network. The call for tenders consists of three phases: Prequalification, offer and acceptance. Prequalification will start on 2008-08-15, 12:00 a. m. ONTRAS will ensure that the call for tenders is conducted in a transparent, non-discriminatory and market-oriented way.
