Contract systematic |
Access to the ONTRAS network or respectively to the GASPOOL market area occurs on the basis of the two-contract model.
VP - Virtual trading point (GASPOOL Hub); NO - Network Operator
The following contracts are relevant for the two-contract model:
Entry contract:
On the basis of the entry contract, the transmission customer books capacities at entry points to the market area. The contract partner is either ONTRAS, one of the other pipeline network operators of GASPOOL or a downstream entry network operator (e. g. biogas producer).
Exit contract:
On the basis of the exit contract, the transmission customer books capacities and maximum offtake at exit points of the market area. The contract partner is either ONTRAS, one of the other pipeline network operators of GASPOOL or a downstream exit network operator.
Balancing group contract:
Operative processing of the transmission and the transfer of gas quantities between balancing groups via the Virtual Trading Point occur on the basis of the balancing group contract. The same is true for the determination, balancing and invoicing of quantity differences. This contract has to be established between the balancing group manager and GASPOOL as balancing group network operator.
