'Nominations' are declarations of hourly quantities in kWh for a subsequent period of time. Nominations which have already been submitted can be corrected by means of renomination no later than two hours before the gas flow.
Nomination of entry quantities
In general, all entries are to be nominated by the balancing group manager. Nominations are submitted with the specification of the respective balancing group code.
Please note that only GASPOOL codes can be applied.
Entry nominations can also be provided by means of a substitute nomination procedure.
Also for ONTRAS customers the nominations for the Virtual Trading Point (GASPOOL Hub) have to be sent exclusively at the GASPOOL balancing group portal www.gaspool.de.
Nomination of exit quantities
Nominations of exit quantities are necessary for:
- Exits to a storage facility
- Entry of surplus quantities at cross-market area or cross-border points
- Partial deliveries of exit points
- Market area crossing transports within the supply network, or if needed for a safe and reliable operation of the network.
In the ONTRAS network, nominations are to be submitted for all network connection points to end consumers (industrial consumers).
