Substitute nomination procedure |
ONTRAS provides the time-offset procedure as a substitute nomination procedure.
Here, ONTRAS steers the agreed entry point in the market area for the transport customer. This is based on an end consumer's hourly measured value. This measured value applies as nomination for the entry point with a time-offset of three hours. It is to be provided by the balancing group manager.

The prerequisites to be met by the balancing group manager are:
The invoicing of imbalances occurs without time-offset. The entitlement to basic balancing service remains intact.
The substitute nomination procedure incurs a fee.
The procurement of the hourly readings may be ordered from ONTRAS as a special service.
Invoicing will be completed without time offset. According to § 29 appendix 3, CoV III, there will be no tolerances for the hourly incentive system in case of using the substitute nomination procedure.
For ordering the availability of data for and the settling of the hourly incentive system, please use the respective form. The charges you may take from our current price list.
