ONTRAS, which is headquartered in Leipzig, is a national natural gas logistics company on the integrated European system. We operate and market capacity on Germany’s second largest gas grid with more than 7,200 km of pipeline and some 500 network interconnection points. We set industry-wide standards when it comes to network access with our own innovative solutions and products.
Increasing regulatory burdens on the gas market and the concomitant radical transformation of the energy industry will continue to pose major business challenges for us in the future. The rapid pace of development on the power markets demands a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
